What you are buying
RingLatch answers the calls a shop forwards to it with an AI assistant named Riley, which takes the caller's name, address, number and problem. During the pilot a founder sends the shop a summary of each call. That is the service that runs today. Booking jobs onto a truck and following up quotes are not live. They are not part of what you are buying, and we promise no date for them.
Founding Five pricing
The first five shops pay $197 a month. Proposed founding terms (the price locked for 12 months from the shop's start date, in exchange for a case study of its results and a short testimonial) apply only once confirmed in writing at pilot start. Billing is month to month through Stripe. Cancel any time by email to ringlatch@gmail.com or with the manage-subscription link on any Stripe invoice.
Calls are recorded
Riley tells every caller it is an AI assistant and that the call is recorded. The shop agrees that calls forwarded to RingLatch may be recorded and summarized this way. See Privacy.
Not an emergency service
RingLatch is not an emergency service and does not replace one. Anyone in danger should call 911, and so should anyone who smells gas or sees smoke. The shop is responsible for the work it does and for how it follows up with its own customers.
Text messaging
RingLatch does not send text messages today. Before it does, a person will only receive service texts from a shop they contacted, will be told how to reply STOP to cancel, and will not be texted again after they do. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Law
Illinois law governs these terms. Questions: ringlatch@gmail.com.
