For home-service owners: plumbing, HVAC, electrical, restoration
Missed call. Text back. Booked job.
A caller you did not pick up calls the next company on the list. RingLatch is built to answer for you and hand you the job details. Today that is a phone answer and a written summary. The instant text and the booking are coming.
- Live today: answers and takes notes
- Coming: text back, booking

Ranking rules are written and tested. Delivery by text is coming. Today the owner gets the same details in a written summary.
Not a generic answering service
Three things a plain answering service does not do
A generic service takes a name and a number. You still have to work out whether to roll a truck. Each row says whether it is live today or coming.
Generic
Takes a name and a callback number.
RingLatch Coming
Four-question loss intake
Asks what a dispatcher needs: is water still coming in, where and how many rooms, what caused it, and the address, name, callback and insurance claim. Today the live line takes name, address, number and the problem.
Generic
Hands you a transcript to read at 2am.
RingLatch Coming
One-line ranked text
HOT, WARM or COLD at the front of one text, so you decide in one glance. The ranking rules are written and tested. Texting waits on carrier registration, and no date is promised.
Generic
Does not say what it is.
RingLatch Live today
Says it is an AI, then writes it up
Riley tells every caller it is an AI assistant and that the call is recorded. You get a written summary: who, what they need, urgency, address and the result. Call the demo line and hear it.

Start a pilot
Tell us where to reach you. A founder replies by email to set up forwarding on your line. Want to hear Riley first?
Talk to Riley. This is the real receptionist. It uses your microphone, answers as a sample HVAC shop and says the call is recorded. The summary goes to the founders, so a made-up name and number is fine.
For partners
Know owners who miss calls? Refer them.
Bookkeepers, supply houses and marketing agencies talk to home-service owners every week. If you introduce an owner who becomes a RingLatch shop, you earn a share of what they pay.
- BookkeepersYou see the revenue that slips away. Pass the calculator to a client.
- Supply housesCounter staff hear the complaints. Hand over the link.
- Marketing agenciesYou pay for the calls. Make sure someone answers them.
Referral offer: 20% of the monthly fee for 12 months. On a $197 Founding Five shop that is $39.40 a month. Terms are put in writing before the first referral.
Straight answers
Does it text my customers?
No. RingLatch does not send text messages today. The thread above is an example of what is coming, and no date is promised.
Does it book the job?
No. Today Riley answers and takes the caller's details, a founder sends you the summary during the pilot, and your team calls back. Booking jobs and following up quotes are not live yet.
Will my customers know it is an AI?
Yes. Riley says it is an AI assistant and that the call is recorded, at the start of every call.
Do I have to change my number or software?
No. You forward calls to Riley. RingLatch has no built-in connection to Jobber or Housecall Pro.
What if it is an emergency?
RingLatch is not an emergency service. Anyone in danger should call 911, and so should anyone who smells gas or sees smoke.
Who is behind it?
Sukh runs sales. Mahir is a UIUC electrical engineering student who builds RingLatch. There are no reviews yet, so this page shows none.
